Pinnacle will routinely clean your gutters and downspouts to protect siding, windows, doors, and foundations from water damage.  We'll clean and flush all gutters and downspouts and remove all debris.

If your home is surrounded by trees, we recommend having your gutters cleaned two to four times a year.

 

The best times to have your gutters cleaned: 

SPRING - to remove any debris that falls from trees prior to blooming, especially "helicopters", and to remove anything that collected over the winter months

MID-FALL - if your home is surrounded by a lot of trees, we receommend a mid-fall cleaning to prevent a build-up of leaves and debris

LATE FALL- we recommend a final cleaning to remove the remaining leaves, twigs and other debris before freezing weather sets in

RATES:  $79.50 for the first hour, $70 for each additional hour.  The approximate charge for a standard 2-story home is $79.50.  We offer seasonal maintenance contracts as well.
